01Do the ERP and other systems stay as they are?
Yes. The integration connects what the company already uses, without changing what each system does. If one of them has no entry point for another system to talk to it, discovery lays out the options before the scope: ask the vendor, replace that system or build the missing piece custom.
02Does it work with any system?
It works with those that have an entry point: an API (the way one system talks to another), file exchange or authorized access to the database. With third-party systems, including the bank's, what the vendor allows is what counts, and some charge for that access. We don't use bots that type into another system's screen: they break when the screen changes.
03What's the cost and timeline?
It depends on how many systems, what passes between them and the entry points each one has. After your request, our sales team sends a written proposal with scope, timeline and investment. You can start with a single integration, the one that saves your team the most typing.
04Does data arrive in real time?
When the source system reports what happened, the integration acts right away. When it doesn't, the integration checks periodically, at the agreed interval. Discovery defines what needs to be immediate and what can wait.
05Do we need someone from IT?
It helps, but it doesn't have to be a team. Someone at the company grants access or authorizes the request to each system's vendor, and we handle the rest: the technical talks with vendors, the build, the testing and the follow-up.
06What happens when a vendor updates one of the systems?
The integration has to keep up, and support takes care of that. When the vendor announces the change, we test the integration ahead of time; when it comes without notice, the dashboard shows the failure and the fix goes in within the contractual deadline. This also applies to new tax rules, like the alphanumeric CNPJ.
07Do you keep our data?
Only what's necessary: a transfer waiting for a system to come back is held until it goes through, and each transfer's log is kept for the agreed period, for auditing. If the integration runs in your company's cloud, everything stays there. Only the data the rules use passes through, and the contract states how we handle personal data, in line with the LGPD.
08Does the integration touch the company's money?
Only with approval from whoever the company authorizes. For incoming payments, it doesn't move the account: it gets the bank's notice and marks the item paid in finance. For outgoing payments, it only sends the bank what's been approved and, when the bank offers that step, final release stays with whoever the company authorizes.
