01Is it better to build or buy a system?
If an off-the-shelf system fits the process without forcing the company to change what sets it apart, it's usually the best path, and we'll tell you so in discovery. Custom pays off when the process is unique, when the ready-made option needs too much adapting, or when the system has to talk to what the company already has.
02What's the cost and timeline?
It depends on the process, who will use it and the integrations. After your request, our sales team sends a written proposal with scope, timeline and investment. You can start with a first version, with the essentials live before the rest.
03How much of our team's time does the project take?
Your team steps in at four moments: the discovery conversations, the prototype test, the demo at the end of each cycle and the final test. We handle the rest, and the project lead works out the schedule with you.
04What if we change our minds mid-project?
Change is normal: every cycle you see the system and can reprioritize the next one. If a change affects scope, timeline or price, the impact comes in writing and only goes ahead with your approval.
05Will the system talk to our ERP?
Yes, through the integration points the ERP provides. The new system sits alongside the ERP without touching its core, which also makes ERP upgrades easier. If an integration point is missing, discovery shows it before the scope is set.
06Who owns the system? What if we want to switch vendors someday?
Your company does: code, documentation and data are in its name from the start, and the contract says so in writing. Open-source components used in the system follow their own licenses. If you switch vendors, you get everything documented.
07Where is the system hosted?
On our managed hosting or in your company's cloud, whichever it prefers. The choice goes into the proposal, along with who handles each part.
08With today's AI tools, isn't it simpler to build in-house?
Writing code got faster for everyone. What makes a good system is still understanding the process, designing the solution, testing, releasing safely and having someone accountable for it afterward, and that's what our method guarantees.
