01Can the AI read photos, scanned documents and handwriting?
It reads photos and scanned documents. Handwriting depends on how it's written: anything it can't read reliably goes to a person for review.
02What if the document changes layout?
The AI reads what's written, not where it sits on the page. A new layout needs no setup; a new field is added when your company asks.
03How do I know the data is right?
Every field is checked against the document itself, your company's database or a rule, and shows where it came from. Anything that doesn't match goes to review.
04Where does the data go?
Wherever your company works: a spreadsheet, folder, system or dashboard. Into a system, through the access it offers; when a system offers no way in, the proposal says so.
05What about invoices that come with the XML?
When the document is already structured, like the XML of an electronic invoice (NF-e), it's read directly. The AI handles what arrives as PDF, photo, audio or loose text.
06Can it read documents we already have on file?
Yes. The old archive can be read in one go and become a base for search and reports.
07Are the documents stored?
For as long as agreed with your company. Each company's data is kept isolated, access is limited to those who need it, and processing follows the LGPD, including documents with personal data.
08What's the cost and the timeline?
