Common roadblocks

The most common obstacles
and how we handle each one.

40%

Cost of implementing technology

What we do

You can start with a single area, like the ordering portal, and add the others later, at a pace your cash flow allows.

25%

Lack of skilled professionals

What we do

You don't need to build an IT team to get started. Whoever builds it also supports it, with support terms set by contract.

21%

Cost of getting market and customer data

What we do

The orders and customers you already have become a dashboard: turnover, customer base, coverage and sales by rep.

20%

Time to assess cost-benefit

What we do

The proposal comes in writing, with scope, timeline and investment for each phase, so you decide with numbers in hand.

Percentage of Brazilian retail and service business owners who cited each difficulty in implementing technology and running their business. 2021 data.

Questions

Questions before
you start.

About how to hire us, where to start and what your company keeps.

01Do I need to hire all five divisions?

No. You hire only what makes sense for your business, from one division or several, and you can start with one area and add the others later.

02Do we keep our current ERP?

Yes. The portal and apps talk to it via API, file or database, when the ERP allows it. Orders, inventory and billing stay in sync. The brief confirms the approach.

03Does the sales rep app work offline?

Yes. The order is saved on the device and goes into the system when the connection comes back, with the pricing and credit from the last sync.

04Can we start with just one area?

Yes. The project can start with the most urgent area, like the ordering portal or picking, and expand to the others later.

05What's the timeline and the cost?

It depends on the scope. After the brief, you get a written proposal with scope, timeline and investment.

06Who owns the data and what gets built?

Your company does: the code and data are in its name. In the systems we build, each person accesses only what their role allows, every change is logged and data is handled in compliance with the LGPD.

Next step

The first step is
to tell us how your operation runs.

Sending the brief creates no commitment. If the project makes sense for both sides, we move on to the proposal.
